All delivery dates are estimates. FREE untracked shipping over $60. Please allow 1-3 days for processing your order.
 
Option 1
UNTRACKED SHIPPING - We send all of our domestic shipping via Canada Post and we charge $6 for packages to be sent out untracked by letter mail. Delivery dates are approximately 5-15 business days. FREE shipping over $60.

Option 2
TRACKED SHIPPING - We have added a TRACKED, EXPRESS delivery option for $18 via Canada Post. This method will take approximately 2-10 business days. 

Option 3
FREE OTTAWA PICKUP - We are still offering free, contactless porch pick-up in Orleans (East Ottawa). It would be ready same day or next day.

TRACKED SHIPPING - We charge $10 for tracked shipping via Canada Post with an approximate delivery date of 5-20 days. Delivery dates can vary and unfortunately it is beyond our control. 

 
Outside North America
Please allow 1-3 days for processing your order. We charge $38 for untracked shipping outside North America with a delivery date of approximately 26-36 days. If you would like to work a faster delivery option with us individually, please email us at hello@flourishstonewear.com.



Returns and Repairs

Returns & Exchanges
All of our jewellery is handcrafted. We strive for excellence but as with all things in life, nothing is perfect. If you encounter a problem with a piece of our jewellery, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly work individually with you to ensure we are all as happy as...well, we are when we open up the kiln after firing (now that's happy).

Repairs
Hey, we understand first hand that things can slip from our hands and break. While porcelain and stoneware are strong, if it lands in a particular way, it may very well break. If your pendant arrives in the mail broken, breaks within 6 months of purchase or the adhesive loosens from the earring post, please use letter mail and ship back to us the entire broken piece and we will do our very best to replace it in the original glaze colour.
